
Management Assistant
Overview:
The Management Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll provide administrative and project support while contributing to the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing projects and events.

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for leadership and key team members.

Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence.

Handle communications, including emails, calls, and inquiries, with professionalism.

Support budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Conduct research and prepare reports to support marketing strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Perform general administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in marketing or a creative industry preferred.
